Zak Hamlett is a Superintendent with over 17 years of experience in commercial construction, managing projects across Central North Carolina. His work includes a wide range of project types such as ground-up builds, life science facilities, historic renovations, and Class A upfits. Zak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business from East Carolina University, and he is committed to delivering projects with quality, safety, and efficiency at the forefront.
Outside of work, Zak is active in his church and values time with his family. Outside of work, Zak enjoys time with his family. His wife is a nurse in Wake County, and together they stay busy raising their boy-girl twins.
